National Award Winners!



Yesterday we were in the Smithfeild's Butchers' Hall to collect two significant national awards. We entered the British Pig Executive's Food Service Award in the Pork and Pastry category and WON!




Our pork and mushroom pies were rightfully recognised as delicious and took the gold, but even better, our fantastic sausage rolls scooped third. Not suprising really as we use our own farm-sourced free range outdoor-reared pork in all our pies and from there its hard to go wrong!




A big thank you to Richard of BPEX (www.bpex.org). The salvers and certificates look very glamorous in the office and I'm sure the champagne will go down a treat with the kitchen!
